Adult design for you tube clone

I have a video sharing script with flash ad plugin purchased from alstrasoft.com. I need a design/layout and some additional features programmed/added to this script. This will be an adults only [login to view URL] site will be strictly for amateur men and women 18+ to post their nude videos and photos of themselves. Similar to [login to view URL] in some features/functionality but without all of the commercial content and a much, much better design please! Please see attached file for project specifics.
