A spider that grabs a site in my db, and than rebuilds the site. PHP MySql

Hi, i need a project that can that will be made in 2 parts: 1): a sort of spider that grabs the templates of [login to view URL] in my db. when i lunch the software it goes on [login to view URL] and reads each category of the site and each page of the category. in this page it found, for each template it finds, insert it in a db whit this infos: templateID //the template # categories //Categories where it was found description //the description type //if full site, intro, etc hasFlashIntro //If it includes a flash intro hasFlashHeader //If it includes a flash header hasFlashMenu //If it includes a flash menu numDownloads //How many time it has been downloaded price //its price priceUnique //the "unique" price author //the author name sources //the sources that mytemplatestorage gives the buyer images //all the images the spider has to grab all images and flash animations and put it in a folder and catalog in the db. i will run weekly the spider to update some fields if changed (as numDownloaded, or priceUnique that will change often) 2): the second part of the project is to rebuild the site like it was! very similar to [login to view URL], almost the same structure but different layout. This site must be written in PHP,and possibly the spider too. This is because i will modify and translate the site, to make a better affiliation.
