Design and implement to HTML reskin of a basic two page site.

The task is to design and implement to HTML a simple reskin of a basic two page website. The site is already currently live at [login to view URL] and the two pages are attached; however, I don’t feel it looks professional. I am looking for someone to reskin the existing site with a fresher “Web 2.0?? look to it. The requirements are as follows: • Redesign the logo with an energetic & exciting feel to it and include it as a separate .jpg. The logo should contain the subtitle ??" “Win what you want.?? ??" underneath the “[login to view URL]?. I would look to the following page for a little more guidance: [login to view URL] “The Softies?? on that page I particularly like (Kajeet, Zopa, and Wayfaring, for example - simple "soft" type with an extra stylized permutation/accent on it.. • Retain the same basic layout structure and placement of graphics & text: the headline “Which one…?? at the top, the two products adjacent below with titles, big “This More?? buttons, results below that, comments on the side, Adsense in the remaining space. The content area remains the same centered fixed-width. • You are free to modify/change AdSense styles and types to match the new site. • Continue with the same basic color palette (also attached), but feel free to add new complementary colors. • The number of graphical elements should be kept to a minimal ??" this site should be able to load extremely quickly. • As much of the site as possible (if not all) should be kept above the fold. • The text on the site should remain so in text format, in order for easy changing after the project. • The second contest rules page should mimic the look and feel of the home page, but it doesn’t need to be anything more than a basic static page. • The site’s HTML/PHP code is attached ??" your deliverable will be the same two pages with the new design implemented in it using the same FULLY FUNCTIONAL php code (which won’t change). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
