Create online database w/web page displays

This bid request is for both the creation of a database in SQL, and a display template (very basic) to show the information stored in the database. You have free reign on how to build the database, however included must be a complete user model. Documentation on the code is a must!! I can not stress this enough, I will need graphical, and documentation of both the database and web page display. Page/Database 1: Racer Information - This includes a ID for each racer, their first name, last name, stable name, current ranking, all the events they have entered and how they did in each one. Page / Database 2: Event Information - This includes the results from each event held, and upcomming events. Other Information: Racers have 2 rankings, one is a ladder system the other is a point system. I would like to keep a "All Time" total, then a yearly total also. I would like to display last years total, this years total, the year befores total.. and so on... Event format is as followed. An uncertian number of heats will be ran with 8 racers in each heat., then the field will be broken down into either semi or quarter finals. Then advance in groups of 8 untill there are a final 8. The final 8 will be awarded 1st - 8th depending on their final race. There must be 2 aditional pages to add new racres, and new events to the database. This will be hosted in myPHPadmin, using MySQL. -Chris ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
