Create CSS for Rollover Images

Desire someone to rewrite my HTML image rollover code to that of CSS and to implement the code into my pages. My current J-Bot code for my rollovers is effecting my website from being fully spidered. There are about 9 web pages using the same buttons. I would like to keep the image buttons (2 per button), but open to your feedback too. I would like your work to comform to standards and to be tested with some cross-browser compatibility so that it looks and functions similar to the present site.
