I need a copy of Evite's website, stripped down, for a party throwing service that I run. It needs to be able to do the following: 1 - Allow a user to login and create an invite, like evite does. 2 - Allow the user to create a guest list for this invite 3 - Send emails to each name on the guest list, with an individual URL that sends them to the party's home page, and allows them to RSVP yes, no, or maybe, with comments. 4 - Keeps the party's homepage up to date with the yes, no, and comment sections updated as entries are made. Things it does not have to do: - Allow the user to change the look of the evite - Send updates and reminders, etc... - Anything else What I'm looking for is quick, dirty, and functional in a commonly used language, so I can add features later if I want to. For this project I just need it to manage the emails, list, and responses.

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform
This is up to the bidder as long as it's a commonly used platform. Would prefer PHP/MySQL or the equivalent but coldfusion, etc. would also work.
