Here is a list of the changes Ineed to make to the website [login to view URL] The software we are using is from [login to view URL] (rwAuction Pro v4.0) 1. Implement a "Buy It Now" (BIN) period before the auction starts without users being able to bid on the property and then automatically have it change to an "Auction Only" period; which we already have in place. During this time period if people buy a property, then it will need to be removed from the auction; only removing the property if they pay for the item using either credit card or PayPal. 2. Allow both AuthorizeNet & PayPal (already implemented) payment options for buyers. 3. Require users to make immediate payments for both "Buy It Now" and "Winning Bids" once auction is complete. Just like on eBay. 4. Add a built in $99.00 closing fee in addition to their winning bid amount or BIN. Let me know how long it will take to make that changes. Let me know if you have any questions. Warmly, Michael
