Browser Bar - C++/Executable

In short we are looking for a C++ programmer who can begin work within 3 days and deliver in no more than 7 days. The browser bar should do the following: 1. Easy self install. 2. The ability to hold specified variables (URL and associated cookie) 3. The ability to drop the cookie when the user hits the appropriate URL. 4. The ability for the browser bar to accept and display data from the client website. 5. The ability to display advertising controlled by the client website. 6. The ability to display buttons controlled by the client website. * This project will remain open to bid for 3 days only. * Submit a complete project price. DO NOT submit an hourly quote!!! * Include examples of RELATED work. * Full Payment Will ONLY Be Paid Upon Delivery Of Fully Functioning Product. * Funds will be escrowed here for your security. * 50% Penalty For Late Delivery Must Be Agreed To. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
