Authors DB

Here is project I would like to find a good developer to help me implement it. I welcome discussion on this, please feel free to ask questions and make comments. Here is brief description: Authors DB Data: • Categories o Subcategories • Projects • Profiles • Sections o Fields Web application need to be created that will be online database for storing information about influential individuals (book authors). Project is collection of information about certain type of author profiles (SF for example). Projects will be unrelated to each other. Each Project will have its own set of Categories with each individual Profile will belong to one Category. Each Category can have multiple Subcategories and Profile can belong to many. Profiles thus belong to Project, have Category assigned and can belong to multiple Subcategories within that Category. Profile contain basic information about individual, first, last, middle name, address, email, phone etc. ... rest of the information and spec is in attached file... Design isn’t needed for this, but a provision for designer to be able to easily design this app is neccesary, so layouts should be setup for each (this is obvious I guess). I would like to find someone who have experience and can start on this project immediately, if you need to learn a thing or two, this is really not a problem, I can help as well with this project, just I expect prompt responses and updates on this project. Sincerely, Zeljko ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Ruby On Rails/ MySQL 4.1 (ie not 5.0)
