Asp.net Website for reminders

The job is to finish a website I have started coding. The website is [login to view URL], the purpose of this site is to send users reminders ( txt message / email ) for "todo" or appoitments that they setup. I have done the intial prototype work however I dont have time to finish the job as I am working on other sites, I wish to hire a company to come in and fill the missing holes. Most of my prototype code can be re-used, however some will need to be re-written for code quality reasons. Most of the details are contained in the attached document, please read through it. Feel free to browse [login to view URL] , create a user account, and play around with the site. In addition read the small spec I have uploaded. This should give you a idea of what I am looking for. At the bottom of the pages are some descriptions of what isnt working yet. I would expect you to have a lot of questions. ## Deliverables Delivery: You will take the exsisting website and SQL DB and "finish" the project to a working state. You will not be responsible for any admin pages or metrics, I will write those later. You are not responsible for Forums or website UI design as I have done that. Code quality and my ablity to understand your code is the most important factor, I will not accept hacky or unmaintable code. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
