Adding search faclility for a static website

I would like add a search function to static website. The existing site is a XHTML + CSS based site without any database support and the search button is currently placed on the flash header. I would like get it done as soon as possible hence I would like to get bids from coders with previous experience in working on similar projects only. The final outcome of the project should be similar to that of adding a google search to the website but without any ads. I hope that the code can be written in PHP / javascript and should use database only if its necessary; if text files can be used for storing data it will be better. Please respond with samples of similar work. I would just require a sample page with a flash based search button and other related files. I would add the code to the actual site myself according to your instructions. I am basically a designer and I would like to find a reliable coder who can do several small php modules in my websites and this project will serve as a testing project.
