Add more options to this PHP page

Type 1450 in the search box and hit go. I need a dropdown box added that updates the type_ID field in pmainT. See the (Product type:) list on [login to view URL] for what it should look like and the SQL needed to get the info. I also need a add new category button beside it that lets the user add another list below it and choose their category. It should look just like the old one and have a link beside it to delete it. When it is added a new entry should be made in pmainT_type. There are two columns to be updated. pmainT_product and type_id. pmainT_product is the Product number and type_id is the number from the drop down box you're adding. So the query for inserting on the page [login to view URL] would be "INSERT INTO pmainT_type (pmainT_product, type_id) VALUES (1450, 5)" And when loading the page the query should look like "SELECT * FROM pmainT_type WHERE pmainT_product = 1450" And the delete query should look like "DELETE FROM pmainT_type WHERE id = {$qryResult['id']}" Of course the dropdown needs to be validated to something besides "-Choose one-" before any changes are saved. "-Choose one-" should generate an error that needs to be fixed before saving the record. In addition there is some variable that indicates if the office is editing the web site or not. This should only be shown when someone is editing the web site. I hope this makes sense. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have.
