I need to create a site similar to [login to view URL] This site currently has two categories of users, Casting and Actors. I need to have a third category: Agents. Agents will have authority to read and edit profiles of the Actors they represent. You may sign in with: Username=guest and Password=123123. I feel there are four main "tabs" or top level menu items for the site I am building: Projects (sub-actions: add | find), Profiles (sub-actions: add | find), Mail and Agenda. Step 1: Casting Directors ADD PROJECTS, including ROLES. Then, the Casting Director FINDS Agent PROFILES and sorts, selects and assigns them to each ROLE. This essentially grants READ authority to those Agents and sends them an email/SMS alert to check the site. Step 2: Talent Agents FIND projects assigned to them then search, sort, select and assign talent PROFILES from those they represent to the various roles. Casting Directors receive an email/SMS alert. Step 3: Casting Directors logon and FIND projects that have been updated in order to review, sort, select and sub-group the talent assigned by the various Agents. Step 4: Casting Directors schedule auditions for selected Talent. Step 5: Talent Agents FIND Talent PROFILES that have been scheduled in the AGENDA and respond to confirm or alter dates and times. HERE IS THE KEY: The currently selected Project and Role must be clearly indicated because all activities require the user to first select a project and a role: Project > Role On the other hand, you may have a much better idea for achieving the same result.... I have attached a rough powerpoint demo. Ignore the graphic design and menu layout. Just follow the basic work flow. I have changed the name of the file to end in zip due to attachment restrictions.... Just rename to .ppt.
