We have an Access Db with 50K+ records that we want to export and publish online into a "wiki" style content management program (eg. Mediawiki/Encyclopedia Brittanica etc). The website will require digital rights management, subscriber management and ecommerce facilties, as well as the usual "wiki" features. Document editing will be restricted -- to 'authors' -- and all subsribers will have read-only access. Comments will be allowed. We require a script to extract the data from Access in a way that it can be imported into the "wiki" with working links, etc.
## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform
Unsure as it is to be on a server ... whatever is best...? Access is via Web/Browser so compatible with all major browsers.
