Bug Fixes for ColdFusion & Flex

We require a developer to fix a bug in our Software as a Service application. The bug? ? The application was developed in Flex and ColdFusion. Primary UI: Flex Middleware: ColdFusion Db: MS SQL ## Deliverables Source: Client (entered a Action Plan for wrong student and could not remove it) Replicate: In the RZ test environment only Login: Level/Role: Counselor Feature: Action Plan to Student Record Description: This problem is two levels Level 1:? If a Counselor uses Tools to activate Action Plan then created a Plan with Steps, it can not be deleted. This may be exactly as the developers intended. - however, if an Action Plan is entered into the wrong student record, an issue may arrise...I believe the BUG is Level 2. Level 2:? AFTER the Action STEPS have been SAVED by the user, it cannot be deleted...even though that is a valid option on the screen (see screen shot). Work around (includes a training solution): User can edit the Description field on the Action Step - by entering a new Description (like: Cancel - Entry Error) the details of the Action Step go away, but the Step still will not delete.? The final act of this work around would be to Close the Action Plan.? This still will not delete the entry. Training Solution:? If the user has selected a Action Step, and NOT saved it, it can be deleted.? AND the Action Plan tool can be removed from the student record. This could be a training issue for emphasis.
