Customize online CRM software, as SugarCRM, for ongoing work

We are looking to implement an online open source CRM, such as SugarCRM. This work is ongoing with many smaller projects within the project. If we can work good together on the first project you will be "our IT dept" for all other customizations. We are ONLY looking for people with very good experience customizing CRM. If you recommend anything other than Sugar we may listen to you, the important thing is that you know your stuff - and can document it. We will look at reference very carefully since we want ONE person to be responsible for this whole project (we cant go online to Freelancer for every single sub-project). PROJECT 1: ------------------------------------------------------------- The first project is our most urgent feature (even if it maybe doesnt make sense to start with it it is urgent for us). We need an to setup a simple online ordering system, preferably with an integration with Prestashop: - It will be for registered customers, password protected. Need to log in with Company ID, Employee ID and password. - Only one product available. - Each order has to be printed out with a PDF letter attached with each customers logo AND each employees "signature" (.jpg) - Different shipping addresses every time (we are dropshippers) - No payment integration (paypal/bank etc.) so it does not need to be ssl - End of each month a detailed report/invoice will be generated. I have made a simple "screenshot" pdf, that will be sent to the applicants with verified knowledge.
