C++ Client and Server Applications that communicate with PHP Web Services

The scope of this project is to develop C++ Client and Server applications that communicate with PHP Web Services. The C++ Client and Server applications need to connect with a PHP Server to receive periodic updates. At the same time the C++ Client and Server will need to communicate with each other via TCP/IP sockets. The following technologies and environments are currently being used for development: JSON parsing, TCP/IP Socket communication, SQLite database, Multithreading, Inter Process Communication, Visual C++ console application development The key tasks for this project are: 1. Design and implement C++ client-Server application using TCP/IP sockets 2. Establish JSON communication between PHP Web Services and Client-Server in order to receive updates 3. Create Independent Database module for executing Queries on SQLite Database. Expressions of Interest are solicited from competent parties to deliver these tasks. It is hereby notified to the parties interested to participate in this Expression of Interest that conditional screening evaluation will apply to the Expressions of Interest that are assessed to be competitive. Shortlisted parties adjudicated to be competitive in this exercise will be privately invited to a separate freelancer paid assignment to evaluate their skill suitability for this job. It is also hereby notified to the parties interested to participate in this Expression of Interest that there is a non-negotiable legal requirement to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Covenant Not to Compete. Disinclination to consider this requirement will debar the parties from being considered for this project.
