A low budget 3d comic book

We are launching a small budget comic book which will be sold digitally over internet. We are seeking a 3d designer who will either charge a fee we can manage or who desires a 35% partnership share in the enterprise for the first issue rather than a large fee up front. If money is raised based on the first issue the designer will be given the choice to either accept larger fee , or partnership for the forthcoming issues or to discontinue for the rest issues. This contract is basically for the first issue only. We require a 3d designer who is apt in softwares like zbrush and maya. Character detailing is a must . Designer should be apt with illustration techniques in zbrush and photoshop. Ink shader will be used for the characters. Designer needs to provide quality illustrations with the source files from photoshop, maya and zbrush. only 4 characters needs to created for the first issue. More details will be given after going through respective bids and bidder's works. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows. softwares to be used zbrush, maya, photoshop
