MP3 Upload and Rating(repost)

I need an upgrade to my site, [login to view URL] I want users to be able to create their own artist page, and upload their mp3. The artist can include an image and text on their page. My site uses a CMS. If you can't work with CMS then we can remove that feature and make [login to view URL] a website that you can work with. Site visitors can listen to the music and rate it on a 1-10 basis. The songs/artists will be ranked on a 1-X basis. Also, the site visitors can view the songs/artists by the newest entries. Site visitors will need to register (no email verification necessary). They will be able to download one song for every 5 songs they rate. I've had two coders accept this bid and neither of them completed the work...I really need this done within 24 hrs. I'll give you a great rating and will have more work in the future...I'm very active on RAC ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
