Dental WEB APP (ASP.NET) (REPOST)

Important: please bid only if you analyzed the requirements and think you can complete this project. This is a repost. This project is about creating Web pages for a Dental Web Application (patients, appointments, services, etc.). It must be done in ASP.NET 1.1/VB.NET/SQL server, Visual Studio 2003 s project completely finished: -The Graphical design (base template, not all pages) -The Database Design (tables in SQL server) -The Data Access Layer . All code needed to Access the Database (inserts, updates, reads, etc.) -Planning of all pages. This means that the bider will be only responsibleto code pages and use the data objects integrating the design that I will provide to the winner bid. I want that this app is localized (multilanguage). I'm between loading the strings from SQL server o a resource file. Initially it will have Spanish and English Language strings (I will provide spanish translation) but the app must be ready to add more languages. See the attached file for more information. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
