Creating a website in ASP.Net

Hello there everyone, I will keep the description clean and simple. I need to create a website for a hospital. The features that are needed are 1. Page where registration can be done. (It should be saved in a database) 2. A page where drugs can be dispensed for the above mentioned patients with patientID (The drugs should be previously stored in the database) 3. And I need print capability for both the patient registration & the drug bill. Requirements: The programmer should be available in "Teamviewer" at any given time, so as to complete the project based on my design choices and to save time. That's all for now. PLEASE DO NOT POST YOUR PREVIOUS WORKS. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THEM. ALL I CARE IS HOW YOU ARE GOING TO FINISH MY WORK. You may have certain work ethics. But I'm stubborn in the fact that, the website should be designed according to my taste. P.S. I think using Visual Studio Ultimate would be easy as it uses a Object Oriented Programming language Interface. However if you feel that you can accomplish the same in PHP or any other language, please state the reasons too. WARNING: If you are going to bid, without explaining what you are going to do, and how you are going to do this project.., then please don't bid. Don't waste my time. Please.
