Classic ASP coder is needed ...

If you are proficient in classic ASP only please respond too. I need a coder that is proficient in classic ASP and some PHP. The coder needs to be: 1) Responding to work assigned and posts on daily basis. 2) Have good command of English language and no spelling or grammar mistakes. 3) Have a good and immediate access to internet for quick responses. 4) Work fast 5) Work independently 6) Be able to troubleshoot independently. 7) Upload work to RAC and my server on daily basis. 8) Work if needed full time. 9) Be extremely organized for coding tasks requiring rewriting of code from classic ASP or ASP.NET to PHP or just classic ASP work only. (The work is to be done in PHP or classic ASP but all functions to be copied one by one from classic ASP or ASP.NET ot PHP or vice versa). The work done needs to be compatible with all versions of PHP. 10) Have some acceptable web design skills. 11) All the code designed needs to be fully commented and indented and clear. The coder needs to be very proficient in classic ASP or PHP. I have a lot of work and once I chose the coder, I will upload here the work to be done and the todo list. (Versions 4 and up), and windows OS classic ASP. Microsoft IIS server any version, ACCESS DB on windows and linux servers (some code will require PHP to use existing access db). Apache Linux server and all its versions (such as wamp server, or server to go). Shared webshosting. Windows server. The work done should work on both Windows and Linux servers without any special requirements, any versions of servers. No additional speciall dlls or components installations.
