Accounting Software Web Interface

Hello, I'm creating a web version of an Italian accounting software ([[login to view URL]][1]), at this point I'm working on data and .biz layer but I need a support from some body of you? for the front end part. What I need is a single? web form which is similar as much possible to the Windows Form named "Banco". ? This WebForm should be done using a reusing approach, I mean preparing a Master Page, the main menù must fire a click event, user control for the search box (in Italian box di ricerca), also .css and any style stuff must be created. In other words I need the graphical work: no programming stuff. Consider this web form will be used as base for other forms that need to be created very soon. The look and feel must be very highly impressive so If you wish to use an already done template? into Telerik/ComponentArts. Keep in mind: user will use this interface are very level educated about computer so, interface must be very very simple to use. This is not an urgent task and must be done with care. Finally I'm asking a single webform+masterpage+(user control or skin or theme). Consider that the software? is in Italian but from your point of you, it should be not a problem.
