ASP forms

Hi Dear Coder, I need two asp forms, one contact form and one signup form. Examples of forms I need can be found here: Signup form example:[login to view URL] Contact form example:[login to view URL] In first case the title of the form will be:EmpirePoker Sign Up Form (This will be the subject on the e-mail I will receive) Mandatory fiels will be only the: e-mail Full Name Country The rest fields will be optional For the Contact form mandatoty fields are: Matter E-mail Name Subject Upon submit of each form automatically the user will be redirected to another page saying: Your request submitted Thanking you for contact us and Thanking you for sign up accordingly.
