Create Backend and Frontend of a Quiz Website

Hi, I'm looking for an excellent PHP/HTML/CSS/AJAX programmer who can create me a "quiz" website similar to the attached URL below. Please note that you will need to be experienced with ALL PHP/HTML/CSS/AJAX programming otherwise you will not be compatible for this job. Please show your portfolio and/or your previous programming work that INVOLVE PHP/HTML/CSS/AJAX -- anyone who can't show this will be ignored. IMPORTANT! Read the notes below for a brief project summary and other important notes... - All work MUST be done and tested on my server. You will be given access to everything you need (FTP. cPanel etc.) - I want the exact same layout/design/frontend structure/features from the attached URL. - I want it so I can easily change color scheme via CSS. Coding must be tableless and clean. - MUST be custom made/coded (ie. While I want the same structure/features don't just copy the backend coding from the site I provided or any other sites.) - Users don't need to register or have the same "finish" page like from the attached URL, just focus on the "quiz/answering" part of the site I provided. - I want it so can easily add, edit, remove questions and answers/choices from a .php/txt conf file(s) (ie. no database use). - For each question I add it can either contain one right answer only OR there will be no wrong answer (ie. there will be two options for me when adding a question on the conf file). - Record all their answers and the correct answers (if there's one for a specific question) temporarily -- at the end of the quiz it will show how many they got right for all the question(s) that contain one right answer only. - I want a feature that when you click on one of the answer (the radio button) it will redirect them into a specific URL I provided (so when adding answers/choices on the conf file I will have an option to have an "answer" point to a URL when clicked) - I may require some other small changes or feature request but nothing drastically big so dont' worry. - It must be compatible and working with all major browsers (Firefox, IE, Opera, Chrome etc.) - Coding must be 100% secure (hacker safe) and fully optimized. This may sound like a lot of work but it's a fairly easy job if you know what you're doing. If you have any questions or unclear about the project scope please let me know. Thanks
