Hello all , I need a Desktop Learning management . Basically it should have following features. [login to view URL] 2. test taking framework 3. Course Module [login to view URL] Manager -- for downloading new course from the server [login to view URL] Desk Module - kins of support center . This application will be basically a client server applications . I need the desktop client and & also the server(administrator area) I will shell out enough money for it . Interested one can contact me . I have all the ideas& diagrams even the i can give inputs on technology front .

I believe we can develop this kind of application very quickly, because we have experience with a similar project, regarding the exam/test module. We won't be reusing much code since what we worked on was a web application, while you need a desktop application, but many of the concerns, considerations and ideas have been laid out. We know exactly what needs to be done, and have the resources (programmers) to speed up the process if needed.
