[login to view URL] Need programmer with good map/visual skills to create an interactive map of 8 general areas of a city that zoom in to view neighborhoods within each general area (total 43 neighborhoods), and each neighborhood would be clickable to a specified html page. We have installed a good Wordpress plugin for this called Mapplic that can do this.
