Access Developer needed to help with member database (ongoing work potential)

We had a developer help build us a member database. Unfortunately the developer was not the most experienced with Access so while some things work relatively well there are other areas that do not and we need help with that. After these fixes have been done, the winning candidate may be given ongoing work to help us improve this database with improvements and features. \r\n\r\nCurrent Database Structure\r\n\r\nPractice (parent)\r\nDoctor (child)\r\n\r\n*If its possible at this point, we would like to change this to:\r\n\r\nPractice (equal or child)\r\nDoctor (equal or parent) \r\n\r\nTypes of associations needed:\r\n(1) member doctor : (1) Practice\r\n(Multiple) member doctors : (1) practice\r\n(1) member doctor : (multiple) practices\r\n(Multiple) member doctors : (multiple) practices\r\n\r\nIf Dr is sole owner of practice generally (1) membership account\r\nIf multiple member drs in (1) practice there can be (multiple) member accounts (but they may also be under 1 account)\r\n\r\n-----------------------------------------\r\n\r\nWhat does not work:\r\n\r\n- New doctors entered are not searchable if no practice email is entered\r\n- Reporting pulls all doctors including resigned/retired\r\n- No way to remove practice from list w/out deleting. (would like to archive practice) - If member can be changed to retired status, practice should also have this status)\r\n- Generates a member/practice number which is useless (need to set our own # to match our system)\r\n- Saved reports are not able to be uploaded to computer (we cant get a pdf, text, csv - anything!)\r\n- Does not export reports\r\n- Current reports/queiries are not what we need. How can we delete these?\r\n- Queries contain inactive members/practices; have to be filtered out to show only active \r\n- Contacts list function has no purpose (does not do anything)\r\n- There is a Sharepoint button
