Hello portablesolution, i am an senior Delphi developer with over 13 years experience in Delphi backend and kiosk software development. This includes databases like Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL and SQLite. Delphi is my forte' - for all those features, it will cost you. Anyone who claims they will write this and implement this with all those features - for €3000 - €5000 are blowing smoke
