You can have all the features you described on your personal use Android app. Let me assure you that it is by no means a small app - small userbase maybe, but feature wise, it acts just like any functional business app. Also keep in mind that different Android versions & manufacturers handle opening of PDF file differently - some can open in app, while others will use another external app if you instruct Android to open the PDF file.
