Please check the attachment - valid.jpg. It is very simple design. We need you to simply convert it to HTML5 and CSS. Best will be to use bootstrap. I need this completed within the next 8 hours. The central white section should scroll. The top and bottom bar should stay static. On clicking the rating icon at the bottom, it should look like the second screen - rating.jpg.

Hey, here's what I can do for you: implement this in a single page using your bootstrap theming, and provide some javascript functionality for any button actions you require. The rating screen will be a simple overlay, nothing overly complex here... A couple questions/comments: - Clean design, only these two screens need to be completed? - Does this page also need to be rendered using another non-mobile screen size?
