Hello For the cache mechanism I have two types of solutions (1) Storing API data in Internal/External store of particular application cache area which will be encrypted. So security related issue won't be there. (2) Storing Api data to local Database (Single time or at particular time it will be dumped in to local database).These process I can make it in background so initially it will be display from local db and after getting response from API & dumped into local db it will be automatically updated in UI. For local Db I've good hands on Content Provider. I've worked on both the process before I can't give application name or play store URL Lets discuss more details on this. I am sure and confident that I can finish this job I know my rating and reviews are not available as I am new on this. But for Android App development i have more 6+ years of experience.
