Customized ASOP based ROM

This project is to design a custom ASOP based ROM and application to manage IP settings for an android mobile device that will be deployed with our pre-built application and OTG Ethernet to USB cable. Currently we are using an HTC One M8 running CM14 and have Ethernet support but only using DHCP. The device may change to newer device but is required to be form factor of a android cellphone. Custom ROM, Splash Screen and APP for Ethernet Settings Modification Create a custom ROM for Android Mobile Phone -ROM should be built on/with Android 7.x or recommended for our needs -ROM should be built on ASOP or recommend for our needs -ROM should include custom splash screen and background using provided art work -ROM should allow for upgrading via download file/application for future updates -ROM should not include any google apps pre-installed (no google play, phone/messaging/etc) -ROM must support all embedded device sensors -ROM should include security settings for applications installed (file/location/camera) -ROM should be designed for a series of devices, our current device is HTC one M8 -ROM should include Ethernet Management App (to be developed as part of this project) Custom Ethernet Management Application (to be embedded with custom ROM) -Simple app for setting IP Ethernet interface for OTG USB to Ethernet adapter -Must be able to select both Static and DHCP options for setting IP -Static Settings should include IP/GW/MASK/DNS settings -IP settings will be Ver 4 only for this project -App should recognize if the OTG cable is present or not/connected to lan and provide status -Status should include OTG installed, Network UP/DWN and IP Info for DHCP -Should also include lite weight PING feature for checking IPs on the LAN Installation Support for the Custom ROM and Customer Furnished Application -Provide minimum of 16 hours support to verify that our pre-built application will install on the ROM -Make minor corrections if necessary to support pre-built application Further information for the IP Ethernet control Application -We need static IP control for eth0 -Currently DHCP is working on CM14 All original code, build files, completed ROM and Ethernet Application must be provided at the completion of the project and all rights of code/work product will be assigned to us. You will be required to sign/submit a Non-Disclosuree Agreement and maintain control over code/provided information to support this project. Any development towards this project cannot be used to make any similar or copy of our application by the developer in the future and will be considered breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement.
