Now the flow of app you have already shared and its quite good for starting. So now I need to know about the design preference and branding of the app like what will be the name and logo of it. I also assume when you say Rest API and server communication then its web service are already developed but not then please confirm us. So we can work onto them accordingly. Technically whatever you have shared is doable, but to make it workable and in budget we need to know some interfaces like signature, we need to know about it, as when user signs on digital screen, then system will save it accordingly. It won't be for security purpose as you can understand. Please share us the complete list of form fields and their input type including validation.
