i would like to create an app that will be used by people who will take pics from there phones. Will be possible for them to write descriptions under their photos and all this to be imported automatically to a website that will be created with categories. For a exaple: I download this app first i take a pic then i write a description and choose a category ( animals)and then automatically i will be able to see my pic on this website in the category (animals) without the need of the administrator. Also if this can be done i would have rating for those taking pics and those with better rating their photos will appear first. Also i need a payment method to be add that i will discuss with the implementor
