Create a Mobile Website Andriod & IOS Urgent

Looking for a IOS and Andriod App developer. A very reliable person who doesnt leave the job in the middle. This is a interesting project, Requirement for this project are : 1. Both apps should be Live and approved by apple and play store, that will consider to be Job completed. 2. Designs will be provided by us. 3. There must be chat function, camera photo function, login via facebook , email function. Admin must have back-end to edit/ update listings. 5. May be backend admin part we can do it ourself, you can just populate the info from the db.
