I want to develop a Mobile Web App (and eventually an iOS/Windows/Android App) that enables the user to interact with it in form of games. The intent of this app is for learning/ educational purpose. The user would control a character thru several aspects of the app as the user learns. The app should preferably be in HTML5 format which can easily be ported to Windows/iOS/Android. Thank you
