I come to you with a proposal to produce a football management game with a difference. Instead of having four divisions, restructure the league into four areas, with each team playing each other home and away. Each area would have 36 teams, in which they would be divided into four groups of nine. The top two in each group would qualify into Phase Two, while the bottom two teams would then go into a round robin tournament to decide which team gets relegated into non-league football. The top two in each of the four groups in Phase Two would then go into a national league to decide their final placing for qualifying into the Champions League and UEFA Cup.
