We have a set of wireframes drawn up by a designer, but we now need the HTML5 structure of the site created. It will need to be a set of static pages that our developers can then take and put all the back end content and information in, just by slotting it into the places you have used dummy data. So we basically need a working site of static pages and dummy data that we can give to our developers and say make this work! It needs to be a fully responsive site, as it will need to be access via phones, tablets and full desktop. I would like a standard framework used: JQuery, Angular, Bootstrap, I'm not too worried which one, but one that has a decent set of out of the box components available. There is nothing too tricky about the app, so I'm picking most of it should be pretty much able to be done from a sample template. Looking at some online templates we could almost get what we want by buying a standard template, so if you start from something like that you are probably almost done. So I'm picking we only need up to a week to get done what we are after, but we will see once you have had a look at the wireframes we have. Anything that isn't completed in the week can be worked out by our developers based on what you have already done. If you could let me know your level of experience, ideally any sites I could look at that you may have done, how soon you could make a start, and a daily rate. Thanks Stephen
