Call Details Records android App

Only experienced freelancers or companies may bid here. Nothing will be given as advance and no milestone will be created untill and unless you show me a perfectly working apk. Please don't ask me any thing in advance or creation of any milestone before showing your work. Budget will not be increased at any cost. We are looking for an android application which will work for call details records storage in excel sheet. There should be a dashboard in user account from where and whenever any user want to download to download their CDR (Call details records) they could download and send to their mail i.d which they could see on their mobile phones or on their pc also. This app will record all their incoming and outgoing calls, their msgs or other incoming or outgoing communication from their mobile. This app will work like truecaller. It should show the identity, location telecome operator, location, prepaid or postpaid type of the callers and sms senders. Whenever any incoming or outgoing call or any sms will come or go on their android mobile, it will be stored in their dashboard available in our database and user can download it anytime. Admin should be having the facility to add or block or unblock any user account. There should be an option to invite users through social media platform. There should be an Otp authentication system in the App. Designing of banner and logo will be done at developer end only.
