Android launcher needed to aid seniors in using their smartphones

I wish to offer a launcher tailored to seniors that will allow them quick and easy access to their phone - the main screen will have an enlarged dialpad with tactile feedback auto enabled as well as easy buttons that link to medical, security, ICE list, photos, and customized maps of their local area.\r\n\r\nThe launcher should allow most seniors the ability to use their phones and enhance their security without additional configuration.\r\n\r\nBackground: My father is 84 years old and insists on using a smart phone even though he has trouble using and configuring the settings to his liking. He has taken a couple of falls that would have been easier for him to get help if his phone were more user friendly and linked to the appropriate responders as well as medical info such as current medication, pacemaker, etc\r\n\r\nOnce the launcher is developed and functional, I would like to further develop the capabilities to tap into other services, like Medicalert, smarthome controls, quick triage of their vital signs (as much as hardware would allow...some further appliances may be necessary such as a heart rate monitor)\r\n\r\nI will be happy to submit my graphic designs once I establish a dialog with a potential candidate.
