I am looking for a simple smart phone app that will allow a person to click on the app, initiate the pull of the website on the screen so the right information can be obtained by the service member or their family by state. This app only needs to direct them to the already posted information you will see on the link above. Please let me know how this can be done, what your time frame is, and cost.
