I need an APP written for both Android and Apple products. The APP is essentially a question and answer format for the user. The user is asked questions and some further questions based on those answers. The information is sent to a webhost which generates a PDF document which is then sent to the user. The PDF is constructed from a template and will concatenate groups of text. You must be able to demonstrate proof of your ability to do this. IE show me an app.
