Need an IOS and Android application, can be developed on Adobe Phonegap making it easier and faster. A user logs in, selects a category and chats with a professional of that particular category if the professional is online. The user can select from multiple options of professionals available or online. User can share pictures. The professionals can be given star ratings. After the chat is finished. Master admin should be able to see all the stats and live feeds. Need the whole app from the design to the integration and getting it live. So kindly quote accordingly and experienced developers only. Timeline-2 weeks, please donot bid if you cannot complete the BETA under 2 weeks.
