I have a very unique video editing app that I've had several developers start but never finish. I need someone who can work out the bugs to make my compilation times much faster and responsive, and who can and will complete quickly. Please review the entire posting so there is no misunderstanding of what is required to begin work. Candidate must meet the following criteria. Please make sure you meet all of these. 1. Willing to work first, show results, then receive payment. This is a must. I will not pay any money up-front. I will only pay after tested and verified and prior to receiving source code and launching in store. 2. I need my application completed from the point it's at now. It's about 65% completed. 3. Willing to complete for lump payment, no milestones or hourly rate. 4. Can speak great English, understand instructions, and communicate frequently with updates and test apk's. 5. Can work with OpenCV, FFMEG with ndk development 6. C programmer who can create code and create library for native code without assistance from original developer I have all source code to work from current version. I need someone that is also very good with clean bug free code, video editing functionality and photo-shop to create additional images to fit existing design. I have majority of design images in .psd to work from. Please apply if you meet all these qualifications and will not back out. Code required is difficult. I've paid thousands of dollars over the past 3 years to 4 different developers with no completion. I will not pay upfront anymore and to complete remaining 35% I'm only willing to pay between $1500-$1700. I need someone very skilled that is looking for additional experience, long term business relationship and exposure not just the $$. I will not pay any upfront fees or down-payments. Do not apply if you plan to ask for this, change the terms or hold my project hostage. I'm very honest and fair. Must be expert in AV/Framework, C++, FFMEG and OpenCV with ndk development. If you are not, please do not apply. I will also need help setting up in-app purchase options for app. I need this app fixed and completed within 60 days. If you are not expert and able to complete, please do not accept job.

I built a motion detection and image processing app by using OpenCV framework for one of my client which follows the principles of an Android app with OpenCV. Hello, I would be able to complete the video editing app you have in mind. I represent a small development studio that does web design, mobile apps, video production, and graphic design. We already use a number of custom-build video editing technologies in-house. As part of this, I am experienced with the video processing capabilities of OpenCV, and encoding/decoding of FFMPEG. I have built custom video software before using these two technologies. I would love the chance to port this knowledge into an app. I am proficient in C and C++, as well as Java, and mobile development technologies. I would want to hear more details on what features you have already, and what additional features need development. I am willing to accept payment upon delivery of the working app, however I would require a 75% deposit that you make to Freelancer (not me), to verify that the funds in question actually exist. I would require a clear checklist of what features need to be built, so that we can both agree what features are built successfully, and when work is 'done' for this one contract.
