Audio Processing Test Android Application

I need a rough test application made to test the functionality of a future app concept. I need the developer to make a fully functional app, but there is no requirement for a highly polished UI, simply enough so we can test the function. The app will need to use the handsets microphone to input audio, process it and then play it simultaneously with audio from mp3's on the stored on the device. Please see attached flow chart to see app experience. The input audio will be processed in a manner that will be explained to the winning bidder, it is vital that the winning bidder has the ability to program relatively complex audio processing. If you require more information before bidding please send a message. All development on this project will be subject to a non-disclosure agreement. The final project should be delivered as an android APK file that I can test on my own android handset. If I am very pleased with your work on this project, and the concept proves viable, I shall utilise the winning bidder for the final project.
