An Android app developed

I am not expecting a full fledged app but a working prototype. However all functionality will have to work. Also, before applying please make sure you send me a view of how you intend to create it, the third party connectors you will use and a high level design. General information for the app: App for managing communications Kind of development: New app from scratch Description of every page/module: I need an app (android & iphone) devloped with following capabilities: 1. Ability to dial out a number and a DTMF tone sequence (like calling card number & password etc). Basically automation of IVR wherein user has to store data before hand and the app dials it out without any intervention. 2. Ability to perform the same capability through a VOIP based telephony service. The developer will have have to look at cheap VOIP providers which allow third party apps to connect to it by maintaining an account from which teh balance gets deducted. 3. A chat option (like online support) wherein the user can chat with an agent online. The agent should be able to access the service over a computer (desktop) as a web chat opened in a browser. Any open cat platform can be used for integration. Developer will have to look at options. 4. A video calling/chat option wherein the user can initiate a video chat with an agent online for live support. 5. A vault option in which a user can select a file (either as a photo taken through camera, or a file selected from file system) and store it as a secure item in the app. The app will encrypt this and store it in a separate area which will not be accessible from the other apps/modules/file manager of the phone. For each artifact stored user should be able to set a reminder/alert which will pop up on the pre defined time. 6. An account maintenance module in which user can store his calling card number and password. 7. The app should allow storing the IVR options (for multiple calling numbers). 8. Based on preferences set by the user, the number to be called and appropriate IVR options will change. Other finer details i can discuss once we move ahead.
