Hi, your work is same like my recent project which I did for client locally- real estate firm. As per your business nature, system needs to have facility to hold all the available properties with its all attributes. And assignment to sales people. Workflow in background which can accept some documentations and can send for the approval from appropriate person. I believe, you already have in place. The main important thing which real estate system should have is, efficient document management along with proper archive policy. Which will make sure that your system would not be overwhelmed with required and not required documents few years down the line.
