Create/code claim for hospitalist

I was the hospitalist managing a surgical patient who was hospitalized 22 days and need assistance coding the claim. I need a highly experienced biller/coder to complete claim within 1-3 days using CMS 1500 forms that I can then use to input the information into my practice management system that uploads the claim electronically. The job is for this single event, but potential for future coding opportunities and consulting on other claims. I will provide the H&P, progress notes, and Discharge/Death Summary. Coder is to convert diagnoses to ICD-9 and accurately code based on information provided and assign appropriate CPT codes, approximating level of E/M based on notes. Must have at least 5 years experience coding hospitalist or similar specialty claims.
