the problem is simple and can be solved in less time. If 3d geometry is given then it may take some more time due to computational time however overall size will give the actual situation

I can easily generate the 3D-model of the required attachment and carry out the analysis in FLUENT. I have carried out a few CFD projects in ANSYS FLUENT and CFX. I can carry out 2-3 iterations in 4-5 days to determine the unknown diameters with the help of simulations in FLUENT or CFX along with the outlet parameters.
